APPOINTMENT BOOKING

The first step toward seeking treatment for your medical condition through Regenestem is to call in and speak with a patient care coordinator who will ask you to complete a medical history form. You can download it here.

Next, a Regenestem physician will review your medical history to determine if you are a viable candidate for stem cell therapy.

Once approved, our patient care coordinator can help you set up an appointment to be treated by a Regenestem physician. A deposit is required at that time to hold your appointment date.

As soon as we have assigned the right specialist for your medical needs, our patient care coordinator will handle the logistics and paperwork necessary to book your appointment. Patient privacy is a top priority-and your information will always be kept confidential. Regenestem will accommodate your scheduling needs, making sure that the process is as convenient as possible.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

If needed, Regenestem can help make arrangements for your hotel stay. Please keep in mind that flight arrangements are the patient’s responsibility.

FOLLOW-UP

The Regenestem team of medical professionals will work with your stem cell specialist to ensure that all necessary follow-up procedures are properly carried out. Whether it’s adopting a new diet or scheduling a subsequent appointment, we will be with you every step of the way to make sure every need is taken care of in order to achieve a positive result. Regenestem schedules follow-up appointments at three months, six months, nine months and 12 months, post-treatment.
